Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?

In-stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout. See our Shipping page for full details.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can also use our Order Tracking page to check your status anytime.

Do you offer free shipping?

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Please email us immediately through our contact us page

Hair Products

Is your hair 100% human hair?

Yes! Our human hair bundles are made from 100% real human hair and can be colored, heat-styled, and treated just like your natural hair.

How many bundles do I need?

For a full sew-in, we recommend 3–4 bundles. For a partial install, 2–3 bundles. Visit our Hair Guide for a detailed breakdown by length and style.

Are some items pre-order or supplier-fulfilled?

Yes. Some items are stocked and ship quickly, while others are pre-order with longer delivery windows of 7–21 business days. Each product page clearly states the fulfillment type.

What hair types do you carry?

We carry Straight, Body Wave, Deep Wave, and Kinky Curly textures in various lengths. Check individual product pages for available options.

Lip Products

Are your lip products long-lasting?

Yes! Our lipsticks and lip glosses are formulated for long wear and rich pigmentation that complements all skin tones.

What are the ingredients?

Ingredient lists are available on each product page. If you have specific allergy concerns, please contact us before purchasing.

Do you offer shade swatches?

Yes, shade swatches are shown on each lip product page. We recommend viewing on a calibrated screen for the most accurate color representation.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on unopened, unused items within 14 days of delivery. Hair products that have been opened, installed, or altered cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Please contact us to initiate a return.
